France Millau Bridge Villa

I want to find a Villa for four fit people close to the new Millau Bridge for walking, eating and architectural visits May 2007. Any recommendations?

Hi BB,

Is there something that is drawing you to Millau?

Hi via,

I should have said, "other than the bridge".

I should expect that it loses it's appeal after a few hours, however.

It wonderful to drive around and see it in mist from different villages.
My second favorite bridge takes you to the Ile De Ré.

Ira, one of the four has tendancies towards "monofocus" meanwhile for the rest of us its close to Robert Louis Stephenson's travel with a donkey, it has the Tarn, the Lot and the Loire rising close by and we know the region to the south pretty well so it was a chance to explore to the North. So looking for idea. Thanks for the links guys

Hi BB,

The Tarn Gorges are terrific.

Check out places to stay in Saint-Chély-du-Tarn and Sainte-Enimie.

Hi

probably worth thinking about Florac, too. It is a charming area, RLS passed through, and it is well situated for day trips.
