I think that France should be declared a world heritage site.

A big wall should be put around it and only a certain number of tourists allowed in each year.

The population should be limited to about 75% of what it is now.

All communication with the outside world should be cut off, except for emergencies.

Products that cannot be made in France, if really needed, will be shipped in only through Le Havre.

The world should pay France about 5000 million Euro annually to stay like it was in 1963.
