warmat08, Where are you in Australia? I ask because my daughter did a Business Degree at UTS in Sydney which also offers an International Business Degree. A friends daughter was enrolled in this degree and one of the requirements is to study for 12 months in a foreign country. She chose to attend a university in Lyon. She had studied French for a couple of years as part of her degree and then quickly got up to speed once she was in France.

Our daughter is doing a B of Commerce/Business degree in Griffith Uni, Brisbane. After much searching, we have since found that the Uni in Perpignan does have a French Language course so that will be good and once she has done that, she will have to work out what degree and where to do it after that, maybe Montpellier will have a business degree.
