Fares on random dates in May -
Paris-Strasbourg €30-33 TGV PREMS (buy well in advance)
Strasbourg-Colmar round trip €24 (buy day of travel)
Strasbourg-Nancy €24 (buy day of travel)
Nancy-Paris €30 TGV PREMS (buy well in advance)
So total fares max €111.
Lowest priced France Railpass (not youth) $230 (approx €175).
Youth pass is less, but still higher cost.
You may well find different fares for the days you want to travel, but it seems unlikely that they would be much higher. If you plan to do this, you should buy the TGV PREMS tickets as soon as your plans are firm since they are non-refundable and non-changeable.

PREM fares are deeply discounted (but non-exchangeable and non-refundable) tickets from SNCF, the French national railroad. If you check starting 3 months out from your date(s) of travel you will see them. They get more and more expensive as you get closer to your travel dates.
The websites for the SNCF are www.voyages-sncf.com (use it only if you read French - if you click on the English flag you'll get shifted over to the Rail Europe site, which doesn't show all the trains and charges much higher prices) and www.tgv-europe.com (click on Antartica on the first screen to stay in English but still get all the information and SNCF pricing).
You can buy any train ticket, TGV or other, from those sites, but for regional trains (TER) there may not be discounts. I would assume Strasbourg to Colmar and back would be on a regional train. Paris to Strasbourg will be a TGV. And it's not as though you get to choose most of the time - most of the time either it's a TGV or a regional train or a combination.

Paris-Strasbourg is one way.
Strasbourg-Colmar is €12 one way, €24 round trip. Many TER trains, a few TGV. The travel time difference is less than 5 minutes, so no reason to prefer TGV here. No need to buy TER tickets in advance. Some of these TER trains recommend seat reservations, many do not offer them.
Strasbourg-Nancy is one way. It's a regular TER train.
Nancy-Paris is one way.
TGV PREMS are the lowest advance purchase fares on TGV trains. When you book these online, you print your own tickets. They include seat reservations.
Are you familiar with www.voyages-sncf.com or www.tgv-europe.com? Can you use the sites in French? You can find fares and schedules for all these trains, purchase your TGV tickets and print them.
