Perfect, thank you. I just brought up Normandy as a possible next trip and my husband said "What do you want to see there?" Voila! An answer already in print.

Thanks Cigalechanta, we return in July and I can use all the info I can get. Wouldn't want to miss anything I' haven't seen before. But no matter how many times I've seen it, I'll certainly see Les Vapeurs again. Thanks for steering us there in the first place.

To Stu - Yes, it is a good thing to subscribe to. First, it's free and a quarterly, so you don't receive it too often. Lots of good articles by people living in France ~ and a web site with lots of info and back issues of the newsletter. If you subscribe the cultural info is more current.
