But it seems now that Corrie crowd is largely female and perhaps a bit older than the trendy crowd pubs are increasingly needing to survive it seems
So how does the Rovers on every high street scheme hope to capitalize on the Corrie link - will older women start flocking to pubs.
Seems like a daft scheme to me, unless far more younger folk watch than i suspect. I know Corrie writers have been killing off some old characters such as Mike Baldwin, Fred and others have left and brought in some new blood but still seems to appeal more to B&B ladies.
