What am I cooking?
Chicken fajitas marinated in a lovely chipotle/adobo sauce. Tiramisu. Panna Cotta topped with red wine sauce and fresh strawberries. Lemon ricotta pancakes with lemon whipped cream. BLT's. Chinese chicken salad with warm ciabatta bread and butter. Mojitos.
I'll be making all of these in the next few days. A friend is visiting for three nights and I plan to feed her well.
I got my full arm cast off yesterday (broken wrist on my dominant hand) and I'm excited to be back in the kitchen, albeit still bumbling.

That's what I call a yummy yum. Cooking is such a beautiful love language isn't it?
It's also like traveling I suppose.. .plenty of experimental opportunities that can really go in all directions like the sticky toffee pudding I made

Very nice. Thanks for introducing me to Nick Cave. I also liked his Into My Arms song.
What did you cook this week kerouac?
Last night I baked salmon with lime, onions and coconut milk that turned out pretty good. Then I added chiles for some heat, chopped cilantro and ate it with rice.
