Flowers in Versailles and Paris - late September

How are the flowers in the gardens of Versailles during late September? And in Paris in general? Will I still see pretty gardens and blooming flowers around?

Maybe this is too late to post since no one else responded - but I do want to note that we went to Giverney last year late Sept. / early Oct. and there were plenty of flowers - mostly dahlias, some mums? but I'm a big fan of dahlias and they were lots and lots of them!
