Florence/Tuscany possibilities

Is this possible? Does it make sense. Thinking great dinner in Florence and maybe hitting one club. Enjoy Tuscan scenery, small towns, good food and wine.
Fly into Florence or Pesa from Berlin on March 29th. Stay one night. Hop in car and drive "through" Tuscany and fly back to Berlin from Florence/Pesa on April 1st.

It might be possible but it makes no sense to me to go all the way to Tuscany to spend a night in a club. Are there no clubs in Berlin? Also beware if you do drink a lot that you might be over the limit for driving the day after.

Well, it wouldn't be worth going very far if you need to be back at the airport for a flight out on April 1st. And which airport? Florence or Pisa?

I am flexible re airport. I guess my question is can one see a small town or two and beautiful countryside with only two full days?

In general, I am trying to create an interesting 2 - 3 day excursion from Berlin, in Italy. We aren't interested in combing through the touristy cities of Rome, Venice, Florence, etc.

There's a lot to see just between Florence and Pisa. Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Vinci...

Sure. Stay in/about Montepulciano and hit it; Pienza; Montalcino; visit San Antimo Abbey at about 12:15 p.m. for service; San Quirico, possibly a half-day Siena. That will keep you busy.
