Florence B&B

We will be staying in Florence for several days in early May for a special anniversary. Since we love B&B's so much in the US, we would love to find a charming, elegant B&B in Florence...Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Hi

As a starting point just use the search facility in this forum. There's quite a bit on this topic. Also what is your budget (in euros)?

Cheers

Read the many reviews on tripadvisor and venere.com; florenceby.com is another resource.

I stayed in this B&B for 5 days last winter and think it might satisfy your requirements; it is very charming and in a superb location. You will have the run of the place including free internet (the staff will bring you coffee or drinks while you are on line; it is that kind of place); beautiful breakfast; and lots of friendly help. The rooms can be seen on their web site...they are large and lovely. You can use the kitchen to cook if you wish and the frig is always open and stocked with wine, cheese, salumi, etc.

Hi MB,

Although I am a fan of the B&B Peterson, I don't think that it will suit your need.

The owner was very kind and helpful.
it's located in a fashion shops street so I lost most of my time in the shops

Relais Grand Tour, stayed here 4 nights, October 2006. Loved it. Beautifully decorated, excellent location, meticulously and lovingly managed. Very special.
