Willtravel, I just checked the flyzoom site and the seat pitch (at least in their regular section) is 31" - which is about the same as BA. Maybe you had heard about the premium section?
Kodi, thanks for telling me about that site. A heads up though - the baggage allowance is very restrictive, sort of like the old Canada 3000 standards. 5 kg for carry-on and 20 kg for checked, with stiff fees for every kg in excess of 20. But the prices are still very good.

Just for your information, we have decided to book the flight with British Airways. From the advice from everyone who replied and our friends who have flown from Toronto to London, we felt that it was a great deal. However, rather than book online, we decided to book through our travel agent at the Flight Centre, who not only matched the price, but beat it by $10 each.
