Have not been there myself, but if it weren't for the kids, I would recommend Casa Anselma in Triana, the district across the river, from strong recommendations by friends. Does not open until about 11 at night. Authentic performances by professionals and knowledgeable amateurs. No cover, just have to buy drinks.

I also went to Casa de la Memoria & it was wonderful. But I don't think they offer dinner before. And I'm not sure if it would be the most fun place for kids - they might enjoy a more commerical show better? But I'm no expert on what kids like - maybe someone who took their kids could give better advice.

Another vote for Casa de la Memoria. There is no dinner but it is much less expensive than some of the other shows advertised and there are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants nearby. This show was one of the highlights of my trip!
