Flamenco in Seville
I will be in Seville in July and would like to go see flamenco one evening. Which is best? I will be taking my 9 and 11 year olds so best to include a dinner...Thanks!

we took our children to Los Gallos - nice show, small venue - if you go, get there early for good seats. Don't remember if dinner was an option but we found a number of nice outdoor places within a block of the site.

Have not been there myself, but if it weren't for the kids, I would recommend Casa Anselma in Triana, the district across the river, from strong recommendations by friends. Does not open until about 11 at night. Authentic performances by professionals and knowledgeable amateurs. No cover, just have to buy drinks.

Casa de la Memoria, terrific show.

I've been at Casa de la Memoria as well, and they do pretty decent show and price is affordable.

Seconding, no wait.... "thirding" :), Casa de la memoria. See Day 8 at:

I also went to Casa de la Memoria & it was wonderful. But I don't think they offer dinner before. And I'm not sure if it would be the most fun place for kids - they might enjoy a more commerical show better? But I'm no expert on what kids like - maybe someone who took their kids could give better advice.

Another vote for Casa de la Memoria. There is no dinner but it is much less expensive than some of the other shows advertised and there are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants nearby. This show was one of the highlights of my trip!

We LOVED Los Gallos, but next time I'd go there and to Casa Memoria and Casa Anselma (and all the other places recommended here).
