Sounds pretty good. I'd recommend adding the Borghese Gallery on Day 10. The Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain wouldn't really fill up a day, and the Borghese is spectacular. You can get an advance ticket for a two-hour visit at

http://www.ticketeria.it/

Skip Pisa (& for that matter Milan if you can). Spend more time in Venice. W/your plan you'll spend half of your time on a train ! I would allow 3 days each (minimum) for Venice/Florence/Rome & plan from there.

I agree with Brutforce, skip Pisa. Go to Fiesole just up the hill and spend more time in Firenze

I say skip Pisa also. While in Venice are you staying on the island or the mainland? If it's the mainland you will have to take boat rides back and forth. You might want to check and see if it's going to be high tide in Venice while you are there. Alot plenty of time to shop in Venice. Otherwise it's doable.
