Congratulations, Miss Piggy. You really got it together to get the basics planned quickly. May I suggest Step 2:
Each of you 4 must write down his/her top 3 things to do in Paris, Barcelona and London. Also write down how much time you want to spend doing it and if there are any time constraints (closed on Tuesday, for example)This will give each of you the chance to voice your preferences, plus it forces each of you to do at least a minimal amount of research.
Step 3: THEN merge the Top 3 lists into one list for each city. Some Tops will overlap: those are the Mustdos. Then: make a tentative plan for your time in each city.
If you all are the types who don't really care how you spend your time, then you don't need to do this. However, most first-time visitors to these cities are overwhelemed with the choices and the recommendations of others for what they MUST SEE and MUST DO, creating confusion, frustration, and exhaustion. Combat these in advance!
