First Ireland trip- help!!
I am looking at a a self drive, B&B package out of Dublin. I have never been there before, could some highlights and routings be pointed out for me so I can plan this in the right direction.
This is being booked with Go Today, anyone use them??

First, don't panic !
Start out at http://www.visitdublin.com/, which gives a lot of Dublin tourism information that will start you out. I've seen others use Go-Today, and done fine, though I've not used them myself. I've done self drive B&B packages myself, and enjoyed the freedom.
How long will you be there? I can suggest some day trips, such us north for Newgrange and the Hill of Tara, or south to Glendalough and Powerscourt.

It will be chilly, and perhaps rainy, so wear layers. It could also be warm, sunny, and delightful!
I went for a week in mid-April in 2002. During the day it got up to 65, and down to 45 at night. It only rained badly one day, but was overcast two others.
With 6 nights, you may not want to go too far from Dublin. What are your interests? History? Shopping? Nightlife?

Well, there are B&Bs in city centre, but you want to be careful about location and transport options. A car is pretty unnecessary in Dublin itself. When I did the B&B voucher fly-drive, I stayed at a B&B in Dun Loughaire, and drove into town when needed (I could handle the traffic, having just driven in London!)
I would suggest 2 days in Dublin, perhaps 2 in Kilkenny, and maybe 2 on the coast somewhere? There is some gorgeous scenery and history south of Dublin at Glendalough and Powerscourt.
Not much nightlife there, though -- that's in Dublin
History -- check out (north of Dublin) Newgrange, Hill of Tara, Dowth, Trim, Malahide. I stayed in Navan the night I explored many of those areas.

I used Go Today last year for a trip (air/hotel/transfers) to Istanbul. Their agents didn't seem very knowledgeable and always referred me to their website whenever I had a question. Also, they were very confused when it came to booking our flights - they kept booking us out of the wrong airport (and wrong city). They also sent our tickets, itinerary, etc. to the wrong address. When we finally realized it and contacted them, they tried to charge me for changing the address, even though it was their error. Also, the hotel in our package ended up being different from the one listed on their website - it was not as nice and in a bad part of town. I contacted them about that when I returned, but they never responded. This is just my experience and I'd be hesitant to use them again. Hopefully you'll have a much better experience with them.
