have you read the tourist web site for the city?
https://www.ferrol.gal/Cidade
or maybe the website for tourism for Galicia.
Ciudad de Ferrol - GALICIA
See what interests you. That information you have not given unfortunately.

You keep asking about what's interesting and what shopping there is in places all over Europe. Do you not have any time to research any of these places yourself? Or at least time to tell us what might interest you or what kinds of shopping you're interested in? If you're going to be on a cruise, presumably you'll have time to pen a sentence or two to explain yourself. Especially as you call yourself wordsmith.

There is a 3-1/2 hour tour offered for Jewish Travelers in A Coruña you might be interested in judging by your profile.*La Coruna
It is also the city with the most Graffitied streets in Galicia. According to the Galician newspaper.

I have traveled the world and most areas have specialties they are known for due to terrain, climate, etc. It is a question asked by many---Every town has places or things that are noticed by people----not a problem. Have a nice day
