The hydrofoils from Rhodes to Marmaris run at 8am and, once a gain, in the afternoon around 3:30-4pm. The crossing takes about 40 minutes. When we did it we payed GDR 10,000 + US$ 20 port tax.

From Crete (Iraklion) to Santorini you may either travel by a Minoan Lines ferry on Mondays (1pm), Wednesdays (6pm) and Fridays (9pm) or by a Ilio Lines hydrofoil (daily at 7am). Allow about 4 hours for the ferry trip and just under 2 hours for the hydrofoil. An external cabin would cost about GDR 20,000 for 2. A deck sitting ticket should cost about GDR 4,000/passenger. The hydrofoil should cost about GDR 7,500/passenger.

Paulo
