Feedback on Rome B&B
Does anyone know anything about the Blue Rose B&B? If not, can you look at the location on the website and tell me if you think it is well situated?

They can offer us a double room w/bath and a/c in June for 80E a night...I realize it won't be plush at this price but we are just looking for clean, well located place to lay our heads after a day of sightseeing.
TIA!

I'm pretty loosey-goosey about Rome hotel locations, but I don't think that place is well-situated. If I were to stay someplace not in the center, I'd go for the area by via Panisperna and environs on their map--kind of tatty but with more charm and closer to the sights you'll want to see.
Hopefully others will chime in with suggestions (or contradict me). How long are you staying in Rome?

A/c is probably going to be a toughie at that price point. The only inexpensive places I've stayed in Rome have been apartments without a/c. If this is something you might be willing to consider, check out realrome.com and rentalinrome.com.
If a/c is a must for you (and I can certainly understand that), then hopefully other Fodorites will chime in with recommendations.
Good luck.
