faxing hotels in Greece

Hi,
I tried to fax Pension Nora in Chania, Crete this morning but my fax didn't go through.
I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. The number I have (from stanbr) is 2821099605
Can anyone help me?

Just checking, did you put 011 30 in front of the local number you have?

no, I didn't.

Where are you faxing from? If from the US, 011 is the international dialing code and 30 is the country code for Greece.
