Favorite Bologna Restaurants?

We will be staying in Bologna for 2 separate nights (neither will be full days) on our upcoming May trip to Italy. We are staying at Hotel Porta San Mamolo. Any must go restaurants? We'll be there for 1 or 2 lunches and 2 dinners. And we are there to eat as much as anything else.

Hi mw2006, I'm from Bologna!

It depends by your budget, your preference, etc. etc.

Anyway, go to "Osterie", a mix between bar and restaurant, and cheaper...!

Gelateria Moline, Via delle Moline 13. By far, the best gelato we had in Italy.

Lunch was on the terrace of Da Cesarina, ...across from San Stefano church - very highly recommended.

Dinner at Nuovi Notai - highly recommended
