Hi, save just a little more money and stay in a nice place in Wengen, see above coments,get a lovely view and great food, and I am not affiliated with the hotel. Book early. Sue

Wengen is perfect for folks who like quiet solitude - no cars! Only accessible by train and perfectly situated for many day trips. Grindelwald has neat views too and is a largely city accessible by car and much busier with more nightlife, etc. Some like one others the other more.
