Family get together

I am planning a family reunion next summer. We are a group of 4 families and 13 people in all. The children range from 8 to 22 years . Can you suggest an affordable destination or itinerary. I am thinking of either Greece, Portugal or Croatia.

Oh dear L-rd, what are you on about?

What is "affordable"? Speak in financial terms. Russian gas magnates and gap year students have different definitions of "affordable."

What type of destination - mountain, river, beach, urban, rural?

How many "children" - meaning people under 18?

We found the three places you 've listed to have lower prices for hotels and food than other popular European destinations.

So do most of the former Warsaw Pact countries when compared to Scandinavia and the original NATO nations.

The question is, what are you looking for? Answer that and perhaps we (participants on this board) can help you find it.
