Fall Trip to Ibiza
I am planning a trip to Ibiza for the first week of November with some friends. Can anyone give me some suggestions as to possible activities during my stay. Unfortunately it's the only time we can all make it. Are there any day trips possibly to other parts of Spain or the other islands? Also, my research indicates the weather will be, what they term as "balmy" but the numbers are actually middle to upper 60's. Is that actually warmer than my northearstern definition of 60's?

The old part of Ibiza Town is certainly worth a ramble about...lots of old walls, etc. Some fun and off-beat shopping.
As to the drugs and discos..the place is definitely slammin-central but perhaps that will have died down somewhat when you are there.

Expect indeed temps in the 60ies - not cold, but not warm either. There might be light rain. The island will be pretty deserted in November - it is off-season.
There are boat trips to Mallorca, which is by far the more interesting island: Culture, museums, landscapes, scenic drives etc.
Ibiza is famous for nightlife, but more during high-season.
There is also a ferry to Barcelona, but a flight may be faster and cheaper. Again, connections are better from Mallorca.
Are you really settled on Ibiza? I would strongly prefer Mallorca.
Friends of us owned a house on Ibiza. After a couple of years they sold it, because during winter the island became so depressing.
