Faience/pottery in Normandy?

Are there any towns/villages in Normandy that are known for faience, similar to Quimper in Brittany, Moustiers in Provence, etc.?

If I remember the explanation correctly, Quimper is an amalgam and adapation of different designs, including Rouen. So maybe Rouen pottery is still produced.

We bought a very nice piece (which looks like a fruit arrangement) in a shop (with lots of it) in St. Remy du Provence, but of course that's not in Normandy. PS my wife chose it

grandmere1, in and around Rouen are potters. In Rouen there is a Monsieur Augy who allows you to tour his studio.

we saw beautiful local pottery in the gift shop at the abbaye in le bec helouin; even gave in to temptation and brought a small covered jar home.

meant to add that the pottery i bought was similar to that of moustiers but quite different from the quimper style--more delicate and elegant.

Thank you for the specific recommendations, Mimi and Underhill. And for your historical perspective, Michael. It sounds as though I'll find some local faience in Rouen or somewhere along the way in our travels.
