Expediting Italian student visa appointment
Hi! My daughter needs to be in Italy by Sept 10 for her study abroad program. The appointment we have is for August 28 in NYC consulate. We are logging in everyday @ 6pm hoping to secure an earlier appointment date, as instructed by the Italian visa officer. Has anyone had any experience in applying for an Italian student visa? How long does it take? There is a company called Favisbook that offers early appointments but at a hefty price tag. Has anyone used them before, are they legit? I'm planning for contingencies in case we are not successful with the 6pm log in system. Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer.
