I was looking up one of the guided tours in London which said the tourists would see the changing of the guards. What time does the changing usually take place? I ask because I would love to see it, but I don't want to shell out $158 to take the tour. (It's a 9.5 hour tour which includes Household Cavalry Museum, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower of London and Crown Jewels, River Thames boat ride, & London Eye. Is it worth the cost?)

You can do all of the above on your own for much less... and probably had a better experience.
