Ireland - Rent a car
If choose Norway, will get a flight from Ireland and arrive Oslo, stay 1 day and get a tour to Bergen from Norway in a nutshell (http://www.norwaynutshell.com/) after that a flight to Iceland or back Amsterdam, depend on my route, trying to get just direct flights!

Well, since you already bought the ticket it's too late to talk about open-jaw flights.
Is this trip now, in winter, or sometime next spring/summer? If it's now it's a bit late to book things like cheap flights between cities. And it's going to be a bit cold with very short daylight hours. Summer is of course an entirely different thing.
The places you have chosen aren't going to be cheap.
Every time you move from one place to another you will lose at least half a day. The flights may only take a few hours (haven't checked actual flight times) but you will have to be at the airport a couple of hours early. Then you need to get from the airport to your new hotel and check-in.
I think you need to drop at least one of your destinations. Maybe two.

Direct flights between Iceland and Ireland (Belfast) start this weekend, flights Iceland to Dublin direct don't start until June.
