6. Rathaus Schöneberg, where President Kennedy announced in German that he was a jelly doughnut... although the audience obviously knew what he meant, he should have said, "Ich bin Berliner, not "ein Berliner."
Additional trivia: the doughnut known as Berliner Pfannkuchen, or "Berliner" for short in Germany is called pfannkuchen in Berlin.

1 I would guess we're talking breweries here.
2 PQ presumably means to distinguish between a "coffeeshop" where cannabis is tolerated and a café where coffee means just that: but I don't think I've ever seen one called a koffieshop, much though Dutch shop-owners like mashing up English words (I still haven't worked out why someone thought it a good idea to call their clothes shop "Funny Trousers Salty Dog".
9: Pontorson

Looks like Percy take the prize - getting nine of ten correct.
# % is Berlin though some other towns held a few after Berlin opted out - some tragedy of mobs rushing a gate in one city snuffed out the parade I believe.
# 4 - all answers are correct - perhaps I am wrong in think Cofeeshop on the outside means a place selling cannabis and kofie like used in places like HEMA for drinking cofee.
