Hi Lenore,

Are you referring to a Railpass?

If so, you can have it validated at the ticket counter at any train station.

Leave about 45 min before your Eurostar leaves for validation, check in and security.

Hi Ira,

It's the eurail select saver pass. I was told that i need to get it validated at the travel store as waterloo does not do it. I am not sure that's true though. so the ticket counter at the train station is fine?

I am not sure a railpass for use outside of Britain can be validated at a rail station in Britain. This may be the reason you were told you had to get it validated elsewhere.

If you are in the US you might try calling RailEurope and asking this specific question.

Hi Lenore,

I looked at the selectpass. It doesn't list the UK.

I suggest you take Voyager's advice and call raileurope.

Eurailpass has a discount deal with Eurostar, so your pass will be validated when you check in at Waterloo.

I have done this twice in the last three years.
