For a sweet seaside walk from Monte Carlo dtake the popular Litoral footpath a few miles along a pristine stretch of coast (rare in this highly developed area) to Cap d'Ail train station and take train from there to Nice or Eze/sur/Mer train station and catch buses from there up to Eze.

This walk goes via isolated swimming holes and again just a gorgeous stretch of coast -could be the highlight of your trip:
