Eiffel Tower Tour Suggestions

Parent Fail...my daughters only request while in Paris was to see the Eiffel Tower and tickets are sold out on the official site. Im assuming my next option is to use a tour operator and Im completely overwhelmed. Has anyone used a company they can recommend? If Im going to pay, Id love to skip the line but, based on what Im reading, Im not sure that is realistic. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated from this momma!!

Have you looked at taking the stairs? We took the stairs down and it wasn't bad. Going up is a little harder, but doable for most people. The most interesting level is the first, or in other words, the lowest.

I think your daughters will want to go up to the top of the tower. When I go to the website, it says tickets are available for day of visits but there will be a wait. I enjoyed going in the evening as the lights on the tower twinkle for five minutes every hour on the hour and we found the lines to be shorter in the evening.

Hmm, I tried posting a website I saw but seem to be unable to post it. Tripadvisor mentions a "tour" one can purchase. I haven't taken that tour but you may wish to check into it. Good luck!

You could book a lunch at the Jules Verne on the second level that has its own elevator. Would have to book separate tickets online or at the bottom to go to the top afterwards

Yes, I keep seeing these tours and was curious about them. Maybe someone who has experience with these tours will respond. Thank you for replying back!!

Most people find very little or no difference between going to the very top and the next level down. To go to the very top level means taking an elevator form the almost-the-top level and there is often a tedious wait. Walking up is not difficult unless you have mobility issues. I personally think the Eiffel Tower is kind of filthy and ugly inside and the view is missing the most important thing: the Eiffel Tower itself.
