Eating Gluten-Free in France/Paris
I'm traveling with my daughter who has Celiac disease to Paris. We are renting an apartment so we can cook meals, but I sure would love to know where there are gluten-free bakeries, delis and restaurants.

I'm sure almost all restaurants will have food that is gluten free; Paris abounds in food choices. I can't say that I've seen delis but haven't looked for them. Anything you can buy in a deli you can get in a supermarket. French supermarkets have wonderful selections. You can try Bon Marche or Monoprix.
Street markets have roast chickens and numerous other foods.
It would help if you said where you are staying since I'm sure you don't want to go across Paris to pick up food and bring it back to your apartment.

that's a good blog (above)
There will be such products in supermarkets, look in the bio section. They should say "sans gluten."
Here's a few other things I've seen that have gluten free stuff
