Had Enough of Rex Trying to Find Travel Companions

Rex, stop it already. No one here wants to go on vacation with you, unless they've had a frontal lobotomy or are on leave from a mental hospital or asylum. Your only other possible traveling companions would be convicts on the lam, and unless they have forged passports, they wouldn't be able to get on an international flight.

Go find yourself some real friends, and not cyber acquaintances to hawk. For that matter, take your wife. Maybe your wife wants you to go without her so that she can have a vacation away from you.

Rex, stop being a control freak and trying to arrange group trips. Splurge and go by yourself. If you're so concerned about pricing, then go off season when the air fare and hotel prices are minimal. I thought neonatalogists (that's what you are, right?) made mid to high 6 figure salaries, even if they are living and working in Ohio. That national average in your discipline is $324,000. Even with kids in college, you should be able to afford to go by yourself.

Contact your traveling companions from your tour of Italy last year or don't they want to tag along with you again?

I think Rex is one of the kindest contributors to this forum. Wish I could join him...but not this time around. Thank you Rex for your posts.
