Eastern Europe from N America
If anyone is interested in traveling to Eastern Europe Sept 8th - Dec 1st OS "Austrian Airlines" will be having a special on their website stating on monday. Customers must book from either Toronto,Washington or New York to Vienna then to final destination. Sorry but no stop over in Vienna. Right now the final destinations can be (Hungary,Poland,Greece,Slovakia etc. somewhere east of Vienna) I did a dummy booking on my intranet and if you were to leave from say JFK to Budapest the fare comes out to be $309 total per person. Again, there is no stop over allow in Vienna however if you have time you can go Downtown Vienna vie the new 16 mins CAT train. Sales will input fares into computer this weekend and it should be availible to pubic on monday. Again bookings from Mid Sept 8th to Dec 1st and must have a routing to an Eastern Europe destination from Vienna. www.aua.com

If you are/were able to discern a promotion, based on what you see on this webpage, I'm impressed! How? where? Are you saying that the deals will pop up if you search on Monday, but not yet? I just tried some arbitrary October dates for WAS-ATH and I got over $1000. What am i missing?
It sounds like somethihg I might like to use, but I sure don't get it from what I am seeing right now.
And what do you mean by saying you made a dummy booking on your intranet... are you an employee of Austrian Airlines with some acess not available to the general public?
Hoping to learn more...
Best wishes,
Rex
