Early Chirstmas Present - Saint Peter's Basilica - Scavi Tour Confirmation

Thank you to all who have contributed their thoughts and suggestions on how to obtain tickets for the Scavi Tour in Rome.

Upon opening my email this morning, I was so excited to see my confirmation waiting for me!

For those of you wondering when you will be notified, it took about 6 1/2 weeks to come through. I gave three date options, received first choice.

Happy travels y'all!

thit_cho -

The Scavi Tour is a guided tour of the excavations under St. Peter's. I have been to Rome several times but have never seen this, so it is indeed quite exciting for me.

Our trip is not until March, so I am not sure about getting tickets so quickly as you need. Best to call directly I would assume or go direct when you arrive in Rome.

Thanks. SPOILER re Da Vinci Code (so ignore if you'd rather not be spoiled)

Is that the spot where the bomb was hidden in Da Vinci Code?

Sorry, Angels & Demons (which stunk), not Da Vinci Code (which didn't).
