Dublin Apt Rentals

Does anyone know of a good apartment rental agency for Dublin? I've been looking and have only come up with a couple and not great apt selections. We're looking for a 5 night rental this winter. Thanks

Check www.daft.ie, they have a short term section. It's divided into sections, Dublin 1 & 2 are city center. The higher the numbers go the further out from the city you are going. Even numbers are southside (nicer area) and odd numbers northside.

Short term doesn't mean daily. You are unlikely to get an appt per day. It'll probably be a week minimum rental. If you can't find anything you like contact the letting agencies who have ads on the site and explain what you're after and they may be more helpful.

Perhaps you might find what you are looking for at this site, http://www.staydublin.com/. THey show several self-catering apartments which have a per day rate. I don't know your budget but Latchford's, http://www.latchfords.ie/, is worth checking into as it is well situated.

Slan Beo,

So far only 1 apt will work for us. I gather its on the North side on Byrne Ln per the map on the site. The url for this apt is
http://tinyurl.com/yswupd
If anyone can tell me if this is an okay location it would be much appreciated. We don't mind walking to sites as long as its thru safe neighborhoods. Thanks again

Its a good central area. Outside the door are several cafes and up about 50 feet is a walkway with an italian quarter of sorts that has a wine bar (very good) coffee shop (excellent Italian coffee) and a restaurant and cafe both Italian and both reasonable priced and excellent food. i would stay here!

hmm..i'm trying to weigh my options for an apartment or hostel..

there's going to be 4 of us during part of the week and 3 of us for the rest of it and we're all college students..i think we'd like to get an apartment. we're getting one in london since we're there for 7 days but here, we'll only be here for 3 nights so do you think hostels are a better option? we want to all stick together instead of being in separate rooms but there's 3 girls and 1 boy.
