don't miss ideas in porto
If I don't want a structured tour, what shouldn't I miss while in Porto...there for 2 full days.
Also, anyone ever eaten at Ponto Final in Almada, across theTagus river from Lisbon?

Last month we took the ferry from Cais do Sodré fluvial to Cacilhas, Almada, across the Tagus on a beautiful sunny Sunday, along with many others!.
We reserved at Atira-te-ao-Rio ("Throw Yourself in the River") this time instead of Ponto Final.
Both restaurants next to each other and share ownership (maybe?). I can't say that one is better than the other. Ponto Final is at the very end and below the elevator to the observation deck and has better views of the bridge, white the Atira-te-ao-Rio has equally nice views of the entire city of Lisbon. Both have outdoor terraces, but in March it was chilly and we weren't wrapped up enough to sit outside. Wonderful fish dishes, huge arros de mariscos that we shared, but would serve 6!
One must reserve at either. When we arrived at 12:30 all tables had been reserved.
They're reached by walking to the right after disembarking from the ferry and are a 15-minute walk down past abandoned warehouses, until you can't go any further.
Some photos:

If I understand your question, I visited the Porto cellars . I am not sure if I can post this...I hope so

I researched them and choose a few. I went late in the day and watched the sun go down. Gorgeous. Porto is fun and beautiful.

A few more-
View of pastel Lisbon from the ferry ride to Cacilhas
View from Atira-te-ao-Rio
Beware of Portuguese portions--our tomato salad at Atira-te-ao-rio that would feed 4--best tomatoes ever!
The terrace and its tiny beach
Here's their Instagram--I really loved their food.
