Doctors for Travellers in Weisbaden
Is there a physicians' list for travellers to Weisbaden? I will be visiting in April, but need to see a doctor and arrange for tests. I have Highmark PPO Blue Cross Blue Shield. Thanks.

I think you need to contact your plan and see if they cover anything outside the US - and if so what. Typically when a plan does cover these costs you are required to pay for the services yourself - and the plan will then reimburse you for covered care - based on the terms of YOUR plan. (It looks like Highmark covers parts of PA - doubt they have any MDs in Germany on their roster.)
And you will somehow need to get sufficient substantiation of what was done and that it was necessary. (Since plans pay by code number if the MD in Germany doens;t use the same codes you'll have trouble collecting anything.)
