Do you tip the walking/bike tour guide in Paris?

We tip at the end of any tour that we purchase - that is walking tour or similar. How much depends on how long it was, how interesting and how many people.

When we are in a venue that has docents in each room we don;t tip - nor if we are led through a facility as part of a large group by a guide employed by the facility (palace or whatever) unless they do a very special job.

I took several Paris Walks tours and also a Fat Tire Bike tour and they were all great. I always tip and probably more than I "should" but I like to. I've seen many people tip the guides when I've been on tours and I'm glad that they do.
