I have. I booked tickets to the opera in Paris (since they sell them in advance, before they are sold to the public), and some exhibitions in London to avoid queuing. The site is definitely reliable.

All three of her Fodors posts are on old threads she has resurrected - doesn't look like she is advertising, probably a function of using the search function and not noticing the dates.
