Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studio in single ticket?

Is it possible to do both Walt Disney Studio and Disney Park, Paris for a single ticket in a single day? i.e. not paying price for two tickets- one each for Disneyland park and WD studio?

I had read in RS that after 5pm [?or6pm]one can go for Park using the same ticket of Walt Disney Studio.

1. Is it true?
2. Is it worth? Getting 3hrs for Park reasonably OK time?
3. If so, how to buy this type of ticket? In official web site of DLP I could not find such type of offer. [There is of course 10% discount- on line -offer for individual ticket]

This is what I see on this website:
http://www.disneylandparis.com/uk/ex...lash/index.htm

Go to "Quote/Book"
then: Tickets Only

<u>1, 2 or 3 Day Park Hopper Ticket</u>

This ticket is the ideal way to fully experience the magic of the Disney Parks as it allows total freedom of movement between both Parks as often as you wish within 1, 2 or 3 days*.
These tickets must be used within a 1 year period (as per date of issue printed on back of the ticket) but the 2 or 3 days do not need to be consecutive.

Wait... here is the right page - that 1 day/2 park ticket might only be good in off-season, b/c it doesn't show up on the normal website options.... I saw it HERE:
http://www.disneylandparis.com/uk/go...ndex_euros.htm
&quot;...Ticket prices valid from November 11th, 2006 to March 30th, 2007...&quot;

That option is still offered if you select &quot;France&quot; as the country, but not if you select United Kingdom, United States, Indonesia, etc...

Thanks Travelnut.
For our Mid-May tour this will not be available. So we will skip going to DLP.
Any chance of extension of Offer?
Thanks.

On the Dutch Disney-site the 1-day-hopper is being promoted, but when yout try to buy it, you only see the 2 or 3-day-hopper-tickets. Maybe you should send them an email?

Btw why don't you want to go anymore if you can't visit both parks? Especially the Disneyland-park (the Magic Kingdom-style park) is still very much worth the visit!

TommieG,I had sent email to DLP, the auto reply doesnot give any clue. They receive so many mails, that it would not be possible for them to answer.

Actually I am having only 4 days in Paris. I was / am in dilemma.
Although thinking that my daughter[20 yrs] might be interested in DLP, and yet due to lack of time in Paris, I was looking for some excuse for avoiding DLP, probably subconsciously. That was the only reason.
Thanks. Any suggestions to cure my dilemma is welcome.

I would ask your daughter to compare what she sees in a Paris guidebook with the choice to spend time at DLP theme park, and see what she says.

I'm going to bet that she'd rather hit the shops!

We just completed our Paris leg and I took the kids to Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studio. Skip the Studio park - it is under construction and there are only a handful of attractions (most are planned to be ready this summer 2007). I unfortunately purchased the park hopper - and we spent maybe an hour in the Studio park.

Sadly the Studios are not really under constrution, just not well done. Disney is pumping money in them to do something, but it opened as a &quot;minor&quot; park and has languished as such.

The actualy Disney Park (Magic Kingdom) is beautiful. We spent Christmas day there a few years ago. No rides, but a nice meal, a parade etc. It was nice and we knew it would be open

Glad to see this thread. My 18 year old son and I will be spending a month in Paris after his high school graduation in May, and his choice of something new to do this trip is DLP (he is a Disney fanatic). I've not really researched it yet, so I am glad to know we can skip the Studios part of it.

To those of you who've been, is it possible to do this as a day trip from Paris or is it necessary to spend a night?

Our Christmas trip was a day trip from Paris. It's an easy trip. YOu can even buy the admission tickets at the Metro station saving you time in line at Disney itself.

It can be done in a day-trip. Try to find a day on which the park is open late.

A good webiste with (un-offical information) is www.dlrpmagic.com

I was in Disleyland in November 2003 and I bought a 1 day/2 parcs ticket for 45 euros. Now, I have visited www.disneylandparis.com and there is no such offer-there is onlu 1 day/1 parc ticket, or 2 days/2 parc hopper ticket, quite expencive (103 euros)! Can anyone tell me-is there any offer (for August 2007 )to go both in Disney Parc and in Disney Studios in one day with single ticket, and if there is such possibility, what is the price of that ticket. Thanks a lot!

Whichever ticket you choose, keep this in mind: The Disneyland park proper takes at least a day to see, and can easily occupy you for more than a day. Walt Disney Studios, in contrast, can easily be seen in less than one day. Disneyland Resort tries to encourage people to visit the latter to even out the crowds, but in fact the former is more interesting. So tickets that allow you to, say, spend the day at the Studios and then enter Disneyland after five PM are giving you exactly the opposite of what you really need (although they work out very well for Disneyland Resort).

Why on earth would anyone waste a day or more (3?!) of Paris for that?

While it isn't actively promoted on non-French versions of Disneyland Paris website, a one-day hopper ticket is on sale at the park's entrance for 55 euro (2007 price).
Or if you are based in a European country, people often put on sale at eBay partially-used 3-5 day Hopper tickets from around 40 euro each.
