fun? The only fun we had was listening to the group of local regulars giving the waiter an incredibly rough time about the food that was "off that day" -- one guy complaining because there were NO clams in the spaghetti with clam sauce, and all three of them complaining about the steaks they couldn't cut with a steak knife. The waiter finally chased them away and they didn't pay the bill. Maybe it was a really off day, because surely that doesn't happen every day.
What "fun" were you referring to? It's just a typical little trattoria with about five hundred tourist recommendations on their door.

I was referring to the reviews in this post:

But perhaps they were a bit off.

Our family of four had lunch at Dino and Tony's and it was just under 100 Euro. We had a selection of antipasti and several, I believe four or five, pastas. Then watermelon for dessert even though we were stuffed and tried to say no. With water, wine, some soft drinks and the complimentary limoncello, that's what the bill was. We all enjoyed it and the food was very good. There have been many good reviews and Patrick is the only poster I can think of that does not like the place. So you will have to decide.

As I've said every time I've mentioned it, it must have been a very bad day there. I do not mean to imply that is always the way it is, but when even local regulars end up fighting with the staff over the food and leave with the waiter tearing up their bill, obviously we hit a VERY bad day.
I should also mention that was for lunch, not dinner.

Better to eat closer to Navona area. Avoid this restaurant!!! Food below average, prices high. We had to negotiate for what we would order and we did not like the food we were served. Worse for us - my husband was pick-pocketed IN THE RESTAURANT. We asked for help from the staff and they, and the owner, brushed us off. A waiter finally handed us the wallet - with all the cash gone. Go somewhere else.
