You can rent a rowboat on a lake in Turkey and do a picnic for about $10 for the boat and $10 for the food.

Is that the boat you're talking about? Your post doesn't give any other clues.

Judging by Iramos's previous posts this seems to be a trip to Italy.

Boat trip from Monterosso?

give us a hint WHERE you are asking about!

Not only does your title not tell us anything - even the text is of no help.

Hi Iramos, are you talking about the boat cruise on the River Tiber in Rome?

Good grief, I don't mean to sound critical but this thread could become a guessing game?

I suggest that you repost with the details such as country, city, waterway etc.

Personally...I get seasick so dinner and boats do not go together for me.
But as far as tourists, Venice,NYC, Rome and Paris ( and I bet other cities too) have a lot of people eating on boats every day, I bet you would like it.
