Difficulty in being tested to enter from one European country to another?
We fly to France in August and then a week later into Germany. Assume we will be able to be tested at airports, but do not have a clue as to procedure. Is testing readily available at major airports? How do we find test areas since we only read and speak English? Our travel person assumes it is simple!! Concerned! Any specific help on subject appreciated. Thank you!

It should be easy to find info on how to do this on the airport's website. And it should have a section in English most likely. FOr example, if you were flying out of Frankfurt, this is it.
https://www.frankfurt-airport.com/en...e-airport.html
or go to info on COVID19 on this page under travel, flights and transfers if that doesn't show up
www.frankfurt-airport.com/content/fraport-travel/en/flights-and-transfer/
Do not request a test for antibodies as they suggest, that is worthless and serves no purpose, at least not to determine if you actively have COVID and it is not what you need for travel/re-rentry.
They want you to make an appt to do that, also.

We just flew to Germany, traveled through Austria to Italy and then returned to Germany. The only Covid test we needed was the day before our flight back to the US.
We were in Munich and there were quite a few testing sites around the city and at no charge. We got our results by email and uploaded them to the airlines and were able to check in with no problems.

To enter France from a Green country, you must either be fully vaccinated (basic series plus a mRNA booster) or provide a negative Covid test.

Basically, travelling within the Schengen zone, no one checks.
