Dessert making class Paris, Nice, or Florence

Hi all, My wife and I will be traveling to Paris, Nice, and Florence in June. My wife was interested in taking a dessert making class in any of those places. She's looking for something like a 1 or 2 hour class. Does anyone know of any good classes that is also low budget (under 50 euro) ? Thanks all.

Don't have a recommendation but I would look in Paris. The cuisine of Paris lends itself to fabulous desserts more than cuisines of Nice and Florence.

I've taken a class at La Cuisine Paris and can highly recommend them. Their classes are a little above your budget though at 65 for the 2 hour pastry classes.

I was going to say Les Petits Farcis in Nice

but it's probably more than that, I can't remember. I do remember the Menton Lemon tart made with olive oil, though!

hi pingless,

try looking at trip advisor for those places and look at attractions - there are a surprising number of interesting activities like cookery classes mentioned.

Thanks all for your suggestions!
The http://lacuisineparis.com/ site looks like they have pretty decent classes for a relative low budget.

http://www.petitsfarcis.com/ was a but pricey, i think it was like 150 euro.
