Dealings with Russian Consulate in Houston to get Visa

Has anyone used the Russian Consulate in Houston to get their Visa? I am trying to figure out how long it takes to go through that office (once all paperwork is in order). 1 week, 2 weeks....more??????

I used Zierer, a visa processing agency, and the visa to Russia arrived on time.

SuQue - How long did it take to get the visa (from the time you sent it off)?

We have some real time constraints with respect to being "without" our passports and I'm just trying to figure out if it's even possible to get it all done in time for mid-August.

We booked the trip a month before we left and had the visa in time. The Zierer office we used was in San Francisco so maybe you should call them and check.

I used a visa agency in Washington, DC -can't recall their name. It took a few weeks.
