Cruise Ship Photographs on the Bosphorus

I thought past and future cruisers to and from istanbul would enjoy some of these photographs of cruise ships which paid a stop to istanbul.

There are also sets of photographs of merchant ships and warships which visited Istanbul.

Almost all of these photographs were taken from the balcony of our apartment (as Aduchamp will attest for a small fee)

Others who have traveled to Istanbul and other locations in Turkey may also enjoy photographs of,

Assos
Sardis,
Aizanoi,
Arykanda,
Waters of Black Sea,
Kekova,
Myra,
Saint Nicholas,
Mardin

We shall post more photos of places like Birgi, Nicea, Silifke, Alahan, Anemurium, Hasankeyf, as we dig them up and newer ones of future travels as well.

Very nice photos and you are going to be arrested for the photos of the naval operations.

Please say hello to everyone for us.

Thanks Adu. If we could have swam on the Bosphorus (you and I) we would have posted our photos among the merchant or warships. But, alas, the water was too polluted.

Or we could have been recognized as an endangered species.

We have added a number of photos of Queen Victoria, which spent almost a whole day anchored in the middle of the Bosphorus in front of us, a danger to sea traffic, because of the derth of a berth.

Also ate at Sardunya restaurant again, which is almost next to the entrance to the Salipazari cruise Ship Pier. Highly recommended. Must try sea bass wrapped in swiss chard, grilled squid and calamari. Bonito is in season now.
