Has anyone used this company to rent a boat in Holland? What route did you take. Any recommendations or complaints?

We rented our boat for the Venice lagoon and Brenta Canal trip from Crown Blue Lines. Our only bad experience was the fuel deposit. We had paid, upfront, over $600 for fuel. When we returned the boat, the representative DEMANDED fuel money - he needed to refill the boat for the next people, he never got the deposit, etc. Of course it was the weekend, and we couldn't contact Crown Blue Lines. We gave him $150 or so. When I returned home, I wrote to Crown Blue Lines and asked for our $600 deposit back. They sent me a check for $190, which I sent back. They've done nothing since.

Hi Elvira,<BR> The brochure we have says that fuel is included. Are they misrepresenting themselves?
