A tour operator a friend referred us to is highly recommending a 7 night Split to Dubrovnik cruise combined with extra time in Split to do an excursion to Krka National Park, extra time in Dubrovnik to do an excursion to Montenegro and flight and 2 nights in Zagreb with day trip to Plitvice. Sounds great to me because less wear and tear of ferries, luggage and opportunity to go to more places than we could go on our own. Not sure about whether a 38 person ship will be too group think, less control and too much time on the ship and not enough on shore. We’ve done cruises on huge ships on the Caribbean which we won’t do again. Did small ship in Galapagos, but with friends. Will be by ourselves on this one. Need to decide on the cruise ASAP, not many spots left. Thanks for any input!
